Sip a steaming cup to keep your internal fire blazing through any cold season.* Ingredients Organic Ginger Root, Organic Licorice Root, Organic Eucalyptus Leaf, Organic Orange Peel, Organic Valerian Root, Organic Peppermint Leaf, Organic Lemongrass, Organic Orange Flavor, Organic Basil Leaf, Organic Cardamom Seed, Organic Oregano Leaf, Organic Clove Bud, Organic Yarrow Flower, Organic Black Pepper, Organic Cinnamon Bark, Organic Orange Flower. Suggested Usage Pour one cup of boiling water over tea bag, steep 4 to 6 minutes. For stronger flavor, steep longer. Drink 2 to 3 cups per day. For a stronger effect, use 2 tea bags.
